So, it’s officially December, therefore there will be at least 3 radio stations playing straight caroling all day and the monthly marathon of Christmas Movies can begin!

To truly delve into the Christmas spirit, you need to get pumped full of cheerful snowmen and never -ending Charlie Brown episodes. Here are a few to start your season off with tons of laughs with “lame, but tolerable” jokes.

Elf is one of the greatest, most annoying Christmas movies I have ever seen. Will Ferrell displays an unusually clean side of his humor that is so stupid, it’s funny. The movie would be completely dismissed from my library had it not been for Zooey Deschanel and her gorgeous and incredibly unique voice. Her version of ‘Baby, it’s cold outside’ is the best one I’ve heard since the original in Neptune’s Daughter(1949) with Ricardo Montalban and Esther Williams.
